Richele Wilkins is a caregiving expert, CEO of Caring Hands Home Health, author, and speaker dedicated to empowering families, leaders, caregivers, and communities to lead with compassion, resilience, and confidence. With more than 24 years of experience in nursing and home care, Richele serves as President and Administrator of Caring Hands Home Health, Inc., one of Central North Carolina’s leading home care agencies. Her work is centered on improving quality of life for medically fragile individuals, supporting and empowering caregivers, and developing strong, patient-centered teams committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Beyond her leadership in healthcare, Richele is an accomplished speaker, author, and Certified Senior Advisor candidate. She has been featured on CBS17’s My Carolina and has shared her message at community gatherings, churches, women’s events, and other platforms focused on personal growth and empowerment.
