Caring Hands hires caregivers across the Triad and Triangle areas to provide non-medical in-home care, including personal care, companionship, homemaking, and helping clients stay safe and independent at home.

Caring Hands Academy
At Caring Hands Academy, we believe quality care begins with quality training. Our commitment to professional development goes beyond initial training. Caring Hands Academy provides ongoing, on-the-job training to help our aides stay informed, prepared, and equipped with the skills needed to meet the evolving needs of the individuals and families we serve.

What you can train in
IHA Training
Our Academy provides comprehensive In-Home Aide (IHA) Training designed to equip individuals with little to no caregiving experience with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to provide compassionate, safe, and dependable care in clients’ homes. For experienced caregivers, our training also serves as an opportunity to refresh and strengthen essential caregiving skills, stay current with best practices, and continue providing exceptional service.
Positive Approach to Care (PAC)
We are proud to offer Positive Approach to Care (PAC) dementia training, helping our caregivers better understand and support individuals living with dementia through compassionate, person-centered care.
Caring Hands Tier Program
Through our Caring Hands Tier Program, aides have the opportunity to continue learning, build their experience, advance professionally, and increase their earning potential as they grow within the organization.
